About Me

I am an economist by higher education. I got my bachelor's degree from University of California, Berkeley. After graduation I entered the world of startups, VC investments, and edgy technologies. I interned at a VC firm, helped build and promote IT startups in the US, Eastern Europe, and the CIS countries.

My work was built around such technologies as blockchain, cryptocurrencies, neural networks, and augmented reality. I was very immersed into my work and even published a couple pop-sci research articles on cutting edge tech in Forbes and Esquire.

My coaching journey has been inspired by my experience with personal therapy. I have been in therapy for about 2 years now, and my life has changed completely. I have found inner strength and support, and worked with inner fears and blocks.

What I discovered was that therapy is great for creating change from within that translates into your outside world, but it takes years. It is a very long process, because it aims at finding the root of a current problem in a person's PAST and reframing it.

Coaching, on the other hand, delivers results faster - starting from the first session. It equips you with the tools for building the FUTURE of your dreams by channeling the energy toward creating a better future instead of dwelling on the past.

In coaching we think in terms of "solutions" and not "problems". I personally find this quote by T. Roosevelt very representative of what coaching is about: "Do what you can, with what you have, where you are."

My specialization is - helping people observe ineffective life strategies, find new ways of thinking, and integrate these insights into their lives, businesses, relationships to reach for new heights and live a fulfilling happy life. I completed an intensive coach training course at Erickson Coaching Institute and today I count more than 150 hours of learning and practicing.
