About Me

I'm a certified life coach and a former middle school teacher. I have a heart for working with youth to help them feel confident, complete and empowered. I also offer family coaching to facilitate conversations about shared goals, compromise and better family communication and systems.
I'm trained through the Institute of Life Coach Training (ILCT) and I'm certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). I'm also certified as a Adolescent Life Coach through the Adolescent Life Coaching Center and an Equine-Facilitated Coach through the HERD Institute. Working with horses is a truly enlightening experience and can augment the coaching process while teaching us about presence and connection.
