About Me

Massage, Stretch and wellness changed my life. Before graduating from massage school in 2016 I was over 200 pounds. My journey led me to over 100 pounds in weight loss and to leading a wellness lifestyle. While working as a massage therapist , I saw a gap in care for my clients. We were constantly having wellness conversations. I also suggested a stretch for almost every session. I thought why not have a supportive space for my clients to receive massage stretch and wellness coaching. I operate Massage Well because I believe in a compassionate touch.
