About Me

As a global Executive Coach, Transformation Architect, and the Program Director of CCALAnd, I bring over 17 years of deep international experience in behavioral analysis, strategic leadership development, and corporate excellence. My professional foundation is rooted in a robust corporate background at BP ( 20 years) , which gives me a first-hand, nuanced understanding of the high-stakes pressures, organizational complexities, and strategic demands faced by modern corporate executives.

Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to studying the intricate patterns of human behavior and design. This extensive research led to the development of the NSP Method (Niyet, Seçim, Plan / Intention, Choice, Plan), a proprietary, results-driven framework engineered to help leaders align their true intentions with conscious choices and sustainable execution plans. My work is designed for high-level executives, parliamentary bodies, and global organizations seeking to unlock sustainable leadership, build deep operational resilience, and navigate complex professional transformations with total clarity.

In addition to my active advisory and coaching practice, I am the author of a comprehensive self-coaching and behavioral strategy book (2025 edition). This publication serves as a practical guide for modern leaders, translating deep psychological and behavioral insights into actionable strategies for self-mastery and organizational transformation.

Whether working with corporate boards or international committees, my ultimate goal is to bridge the gap between human desire and execution, helping leaders decode behavioral patterns to build sustainable, high-impact environments.
