About Me

Difficult decisions rarely begin with the decision itself.

Pressure can shape what you notice, how you interpret what is happening, and what feels possible long before you choose a course of action.

I work with leaders, professionals, founders, veterans, and others carrying meaningful responsibility. Some are facing one immediate decision. Others are navigating sustained pressure, competing priorities, career transition, organizational uncertainty, or responsibility that affects other people.

My role is not to tell you what to choose.

I help you examine what may be shaping your judgment so you can see the situation more clearly before you act.

Our work may include coaching, direct advisory, perspective, questions, or a combination, depending on what the situation requires.

My background includes military service, human resources, organizational systems, research, coaching, and executive advisory.
