About Me

I’m Dr. Hugo Velazco, MSHR, PCC — an ICF-Certified Professional Coach, Army veteran, and founder of Coaching360x.

I work with capable professionals and leaders who feel mentally stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain during moments of transition. My clients often carry a lot of responsibility and don’t need more advice or hype — they need a grounded space to think clearly and decide what truly fits.

My approach is calm, structured, and reflective. Coaching with me isn’t about being told what to do. It’s about slowing the noise, separating signal from stress, and reconnecting with what matters so you can choose your next step with confidence.
