About Me

I work with senior leaders and executives navigating sustained pressure, complex decisions, and responsibility that affects others.

My coaching is not focused on motivation, productivity, or habit formation. It is structured advisory support designed to stabilize judgment when clarity has eroded under load.

Clients typically come to me when:

• decisions carry material consequences
• responsibility has expanded faster than clarity
• authority and accountability feel misaligned
• overthinking is distorting otherwise sound judgment

The work is disciplined and contained. We slow cognitive noise, clarify what is actually being decided, and restore steadiness so decisions can be made and carried responsibly.

I am an ICF-certified Professional Coach (PCC) with a PhD in Business Psychology and a background in organizational development and high-stakes systems. I am also an Army veteran, which informs my orientation toward responsibility, containment, and decision integrity.
