About Me

I am ex Air Force , Top Gun, fighter pilot turned coach and therapist. After 25 years of flying fighters, in IAF I had to choose a different profession due to medical reasons. I decided to become a coach and therapist.
After completing Masters and PhD in psychology, i completed training courses in NLP ,Hypnotherapy, Past Life Regression and Inner Child Healing and have been in this profession for the past 25 years.
My clinical experience is that the problems felt by couples in marriage are usually the habits, beliefs and behaviours of one or both partners, that come in the way of a smooth and joyful married life. Once these are addressed, which is not that difficult,the individual not only has a great relationship but experiences relief in many other areas of life as well.
I use all my knowledge of psychology , coaching and service training to bring about the desired changes in my clients as fast as feasible. My approach is to work with them ,dig up and find the underlying cause of what is causing the problematic behaviour and address the same.
The underlying causes can be childhood trauma, , neglect , bullying , abuse of any kind, the toxic family environment or early negative experiences that impacted the clients and still get triggered in their current relationship.
