About Me

I’m an ICF-certified life coach, here to support you in reconnecting with yourself, gaining clarity, and creating a life that feels true to who you are.

My own journey—stepping away from the conventional path—taught me to trust my inner voice and explore non-linear, deeply personal ways forward. That experience inspires me to help others break free from limiting patterns and live more intentionally, with purpose and alignment.

I'm endlessly curious about people—their stories, struggles, turning points, and dreams. This curiosity allows me to hold space with presence and attunement.

My coaching style is intuitive, and gently direct — I aim to be real and connected, not formal or distant. When relevant, I draw on the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model and somatic tools, which bring awareness to what your body is holding, helping you tune into both your inner world and physical experience.

I offer individual sessions in English or Turkish, available online or in person at my practice - myLife Coaching - in Amsterdam. Each process is tailored to your unique needs—we decide together on the pace, frequency, and focus. The first introductory session is free, so you can get a feel for how I work and whether it resonates with you.
