About Me
I am an ICF-certified ACC coach with more than four years of experience and over 250 coaching hours. I support women working in science and academia—researchers, lecturers, professors, and scientific managers—who are balancing demanding careers with motherhood. I help them gain clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and a deeper understanding of their values so they can live and lead with purpose, without losing themselves in the process.
I am certified by Erickson Coaching International and by the ICF-accredited program “Business Coaching – The New Paradigm of Leadership.” I also serve as the Team Leader of the Curators’ Group at the Business Coaching Institute. My professional development includes certification in David Clutterbuck’s Group and Team Coaching Program, Training of Trainers, and studies in Emotional Intelligence and Emotion Management.
I work with women leaders across higher education, research institutions, healthcare, and both large and small organizations. I have delivered individual coaching sessions within leadership development programs for organizations in the healthcare, education, and global consulting sectors. I have been an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) since 2021.
Beyond coaching, I hold a PhD in Biology and have extensive experience in academic leadership, international research project management, and university-level teaching. I currently serve as a professor and Academic Council member at New Vision University, an associate professor at East European University, and a visiting lecturer at the University of Georgia.
My coaching style helps clients connect personal and professional themes, explore their beliefs and identity, and create meaningful changes through values-based clarity and direct, compassionate communication.
I am married and a mother of two daughters. In my personal life, I love cozy, warm dinners with my family, hiking in less-touristy natural places, cats.

Working with Ekaterina Jaiani has been an incredibly transformative experience. From the very first session, Ekaterina created a space that felt safe, welcoming, and deeply supportive.
