About Me

Elena specializes in career transitions, emotional intelligence and mental health coaching.
She started her career as a recruiter in a Fortune 500 global consulting firm and worked in both Europe and Canada. In addition, she brings more than 10 years of experience as a Career Coach with one of Canada’s top business schools (UBC Sauder School of Business).

Elena’s experience as both a recruitment insider and career development specialist enables her to offer a unique blend of support and guidance to the clients she works with.

She brings a wealth of experience working with individuals and organizations facilitating career development, group coaching and transition management programs. A few of her clients include: Bell Media, The University of British Columbia, BCRTC, McDermott+Bull, and The Crisis Centre of BC.

Elena is a certified career coach, with a PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation and a Certified Organizational Coach from the University of British Columbia. She also holds certifications in Emotional Intelligence by Roche Martin, Job Finding Club by SFU and in Hope Action Theory & Practice by UBC.

Elena is passionate about connecting people to their inner potential and she is recognized for her empathy, spontaneous sense of humour and goal-oriented approach.
