I coach new and experienced team leaders in mid- to large-sized organizations who want stronger teams, clearer communication, and a more sustainable way of leading. Many of my clients are capable, mission-driven leaders who carry too much on their own shoulders, struggle with delegation, or avoid difficult conversations in order to preserve harmony.

I bring senior-level military leadership experience and extensive work in international environments, including coaching leaders from diverse cultural backgrounds. I’m especially skilled at working with non-native English speakers, creating a patient, clear, and culturally aware coaching space where language never becomes a barrier to growth.
