About Me

Nice guys come in all ages, shapes, sizes, and colors. Nice Guy Syndrome is a relatively common condition. And it's painful.

Men who are naturally sensitive and nice often end up getting the short end of the stick. And that’s not the worst part. Because they are not assertive enough, the world never gets to fully experience the full talents, gifts, and power these men possess!

I’ve been there! Earlier in my life, I struggled with many of these same patterns. I personally understand the deep pain and frustration that scenarios like this cause.

But I committed to working with mentors and coaches, doing the hard inner work, and taking courageous action again and again. Over time, I began to wield healthy assertive power. Life changed dramatically for me!

Today I help other professional men make that same shift. Through my Live Strong Program, I work with men who are ready to move beyond people-pleasing and step into confident, grounded personal leadership in every area of life.
