My background combines leadership, mediation, and organizational experience. I’ve served as a Department Chair for the Social Studies and Electives department, a Florida Supreme Court Family Mediator, a Justice Teaching Fellow, and an assistant Girl Scout Troop Leader. These roles taught me how to guide people through challenges, resolve conflicts, and develop actionable solutions — without unnecessary handholding.
I’m certified in HR Skills and Coaching (HRCI), workplace mediation, and multiple coaching disciplines. I focus on helping clients make decisions with clarity, understand their strengths, and confidently take the next step in their career, leadership journey, or business venture.
