About Me

I've had the privilege of assuming the role of 'Coach' throughout the majority of my life. My primary aim within any role or organization has been to foster an environment where mindfulness, empathy, and empowerment are the focus. Since the launch of my full-time coaching practice, I've had the opportunity to share those tools with clients across the country and witness their unique growth as a result.
The variety of life experiences I bring to the table makes me a Coach fit to serve the needs of an equally diverse range of clients. That said, my expertise lies mainly in providing support and guidance through challenges related to career growth or satisfaction, personal wellness, and recovery after major life events. Especially within the scope of alternative & unconventional lifestyle paths and career journeys, I excel at connecting with my clients. By creating a space that they feel free to become vulnerable, we work to discover their internal roadblocks keeping them from the lives they want.
