Hi, I'm Eric — Certified Life Coach, founder of Emberwell Coaching, and someone who genuinely believes your best chapter hasn't been written yet.

Emberwell was born from a simple but powerful conviction: that meaningful growth doesn't happen by accident. It happens when you feel truly seen, supported, and challenged to show up as the fullest version of yourself. That's the space I work to create with every client.

My coaching philosophy is rooted in what I call Inspired Growth — the idea that real, lasting change isn't about hustle or pressure. It's about getting radically honest with yourself, reconnecting with what actually matters, and building forward from there. I ask the questions most people avoid, hold space for the messy middle, and help you find the clarity that's been there all along.

When I'm not in a coaching session, you'll find me chasing creative ideas, planning my next trip, or tracking down the best local coffee or glass of wine — usually all three in the same afternoon.
