I help IT professionals such as Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Team Leaders to re-gain clarity, engagement and motivation in Agile . So they become reliable, confident servant leaders for the teams and organizations.

◉ I'm Business and Agile Coach who loves to support people in discovering own potential. I believe we all have it we just need to re-gain it.

I work within IT sector and this has been my area since 2006. I moved through different stages of my own development and career levels. Was manager, director, subject matter expert and business owner.

◉ Next to the knowledge about methods, frameworks IT companies use these days (Scrum, Kanban, scaled frameworks) I address people side of the business.

◉ My coaching framework is solution focused. This is where I work with the client on seeking solutions and drawing ideas.

◉ With solution focused coaching methods I work with people on discovery processes for the future they see for them and how to unfollow old ways of thinking. We explore new possibilities, uncover new career life dimensions, see and define the ways to excel.

◉ With coaching I help clients to shift the paradigms of thinking and re-gain clarity over what is that they want and what is the most important for them in professional life context.

My areas of interest are:

✺ transformation

All of it with human twist. To me person goes firstly then there's a framework or method of working. I believe in building engaged, motivated and happy individuals who are creating effective Teams.

That is why I launched IT Coaching Hub with a mission to create global community of Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches and Team Leaders (Leaders) who are passionate about human potential development, neuroscience and positive psychology.
