About Me

I am a certified yoga, meditation, and breathwork instructor, Reiki healer, and Mind Body Spirit coach empowering women to heal and grow into the highest versions of themselves!

Everyone knows first hand how difficult, stressful, and draining life can be, but I hold a very deep conviction that there are other ways to live. There is a boundless, often untapped, potential within every single individual—a force that is capable of propelling us toward our dreams. My aspiration is to collaborate with women who are ready for change, and work with them to ignite or reignite this inner fire, and cultivate lives full of purpose, fulfillment, joy, and peace.

My coaching approach is deeply holistic, focused on nurturing your mind, body, and spirit. I do not simply prescribe one-size-fits-all solutions or hand out generic checklists. Instead, I collaborate with clients to establish meaningful goals, rituals, and habits that are tailored to their unique lifestyles, and that shift them onto the fast track towards their dreams.
