I was referred to Gabriela when I was experiencing few difficult crises and challenges in my life. From the moment I first stepped into her office I felt comfortable and confident that I was in the right place, with the right person. Gabriela is a life coach and a mentor. She shows a special blend of knowledge, spirituality, a deep interest and caring. I felt an immediate connection with her, because of her compassion, gentle guidance and support. Gabriela has inspired me to find my inner truth and power. She helped me see things from a different perspective. I am very grateful to Gabriela and I have a lot of respect for her.

When I met Gabriela, I had been struggling with living in the past and it was very difficult for me to move forward in my life. I had been in and out of therapy for years before and never came close to the clarity and change I experienced working with Gabriela. Gabriela pinpointed with laser accuracy and in such a short time, exactly where the blockage was coming from and provided strategies and formulas to make powerful and lasting changes. After completing 1 Journey session, I felt the release of all the baggage that I had been carrying with me for years - this alone helped give me the energy and stability to be a better mother, improved my marriage and got a job after 10 years out of the workforce. I was introduced to Gabriela through a good friend of mine. She suggested I go to her to experience The Journey. I trust my friend blindly, so even though I had no idea what to expect, I agreed, and booked an appointment.  I'm glad I did! I'm on my own journey. of self discovery, and finding my life's purpose, and Gabriela definitely had a lot of value to share with me. From the first journey, we started to deal with something that I had buried so deep inside of me, that it was causing me to become paralyzed, and really keeping me from moving forward.  Through my work with her, I've also learned to be kinder to myself, and treat myself with warmth and love. It was not a coincidence that Gabriela came into my life. One night that I felt lost in this journey called immigration, I searched for a professional coach online. As soon as Gabriela responded to my email, I felt right away that she was the right person to work with. Not only because she herself went through immigration but also because I felt a special connection. She was more than a professional or a life coach, she became an important companionship in my journey. She has a unique approach and a variety of tools that helped me understand and get through this difficult time. Life's Log Jams Undone. When log jams occur, waterways don't flow. They block, they flood and they overwhelm. Gabriela Embon helped me to indentify, to prioritize and then to solve the issues causing my log jam. Once these things were cleared away my life began to flow again. I had the opportunity to work with Gabriela on addressing major life challenges. I was dealing with sever anxiety attacks, fears, dwelling on my past - these issues were seriously impacting my day to day quality of life. I had seen a therapist for 7 years prior to meeting Gabriela - but I could never get to the point where i could deal with life's challenges on my own. Dear Gabriela, I would like to tell you how important you became in my life. I met you two years ago in the most difficult time of my whole life. You were a key player in my personal growth. I had an alcoholic son who was deep emerged in his drinking. I was in so much pain from seeing him destroy his life. Gabriela gave me support and orientation and showed me how to seek for help. Now I have recovered my essence, I am really what I always wanted to be; a mature woman that makes correct decisions, respects and puts limits. Gabriela was the one that opened my eyes and taught me not to feel guilt related to me as a wife and as a mother. She provided me with a great book “Love is not what we were told it is” from the author Clara Coria. I am Mexican and you can’t imagine the cultural beliefs I was raised with. I recovered the people I love but living on a very different way, with self-respect, putting limit and expressing my feelings but with courtesy. Ms. Gabriela Embon was invited by Taiwanese Young Professional Association in Quebec (TYPAQ) to provide a workshop on Neuro-reprogramming. Prior to the events, she was well prepared and inquired about the background of the participants to better understand her audience. During the event, she provided insightful and interactive information. Her information was practical and used several real life examples. She also encouraged questions and interactions during the workshop. The event received great feedback from the audience and I would recommend her workshops.

I approached Gabriela for help with weight issues and the lack of motivation that I was experiencing in my business. Within 2 sessions I learned more about myself than in my entire life. I met Gabriela through the “Women in Leadership” program last year. From the first time we met I felt an instant connection and by the time our first meeting was over, I could feel that this person that I just met two hours ago will have a significant impact in my life. Gabriela is one of the most insightful people that I met and she helped me listen to my inner self and get to know myself more than I ever have before. Before I began working with Gabriela I had little balance in my life. I met Gabriela as a colleague and fellow coach. I know the value of coaching but never expected what she had to offer to help me get over a hump I had been carrying for far too long.
