About Me

I got into coaching after going through my own period of feeling lost — unsure of what I wanted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from myself. What helped turn things around wasn’t advice or a quick fix, but a coaching relationship where I finally felt heard, supported, and understood.

That experience changed my life, and it’s what inspired me to become a coach. Now, I offer that same kind of space to others: calm, non-judgmental, and focused on you.

Many of the people I work with feel stuck; in life, in their careers, or in their own heads. They might not know what they want yet, and that’s okay. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore what’s next, helping you reconnect with your own clarity and confidence at a pace that feels safe and steady.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need a space where you can breathe, reflect, and start hearing yourself again.
