I have worked for over eleven years in federal service with nine of those years working from home. If employees are not prepared to work from home or HAVE A SPECIAL SKILL LIKE AN INTROVERT, remote work can be horrible. I wish I had someone to help navigate this territory of “Work From Home Life Balance” to reduce my risk of potential depression, divorce, lack of motivation, and management of life events.

The global pandemic has changed the way we do EVERYTHING and an emerging mental health crisis has been exacerbated by pandemic hardships. I NEED to contribute to the well-being and the human flourishing of today's decentralized workforce!
