About Me

I'm Gianna, the lead coach and founder of Nudas Veritas, where I help individuals navigate personal transformation, uncover their true purpose, and integrate profound experiences into meaningful action. My journey into this work was deeply personal—rooted in my own struggles with external success versus inner fulfillment, and my search for a more aligned, purpose-driven life.

For years, I followed conventional paths, excelling in professional spaces but feeling disconnected from a deeper sense of meaning. I know firsthand what it’s like to feel trapped in cycles of overthinking, perfectionism, and self-doubt—seeking external validation while longing for something more. It wasn’t until I turned inward, exploring depth psychology, psychosynthesis, and transpersonal modalities, that I began to trust myself, redefine success on my own terms, and step into a life of clarity and confidence.

Now, I support others in doing the same. Whether guiding high-achievers to cultivate deep self-trust or helping psychonauts bridge the gap between insight and action, my approach is about empowering you to embody your wisdom, take aligned action, and live a life that truly reflects your deepest values.

I am a Certified Psychosynthesis Life Coach (PLC), with Board Certified Coach (BCC) candidacy in progress through the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE). Additionally, I am currently undergoing Grof Breathwork and Psychedelic Facilitator training, further deepening my expertise in transpersonal healing and expanded states of consciousness. Later this summer, I will also be completing a 200-hour yoga teacher training, integrating mind-body practices into my holistic coaching approach.

Beyond my work, I am an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in hiking, backpacking, and connecting with nature. I live in the Denver area with my beloved Catahoula Leopard Dog, D'Artagnan. My love for music, food, and creative exploration continuously enriches my life and influences my approach.
