About Me

I coach high-achieving female attorneys on issues of confidence, anxiety, burnout, overwhelm, imposter syndrome, perfectionism, procrastination, and more. As a practicing attorney with 14 years' experience, I understand the unique challenges women face in the legal world. Before I found the tools I teach my clients, I felt constantly stressed out, overwhelmed, and anxious. Even when I wasn't working, I felt like I "should" be. I lived in fear of making a mistake or being perceived as less than perfect. I told myself I didn't belong in the position I held.

But it doesn't have to be this way.

I received my coaching certification from The Life Coach School, which is the best certification program available. The method of coaching I use is cognitive-based causal coaching. This method focusses on the causes of unwanted results in my clients' lives, many of which stem from their thoughts and beliefs. I work with my clients to change unwanted thoughts, which provides long-term growth. Other methods of coaching focus on action at the expense of real change. I do the opposite, and my approach is designed to spur you to action from a genuine and sustainable place.

I work with my clients to help them become more aware of their thoughts, and to identify the thoughts and beliefs that are preventing them from getting what they want. I teach my clients strategies to build more empowering mindsets. I also teach my clients basic concepts from neuroscience in order to help them understand ingrained thought patterns, and how they can use their higher brains to override the more primitive parts of their brains to meet their goals. Additionally, I show my clients how being socialized as a women might be affecting how they interact with others and how much they believe in themselves. I teach my clients the tools to change beliefs that aren't serving them so they can get what they want in their careers and lives.
