In general, there exist some barriers between us and our goals which block our potential such as fear, negative thoughts, or negative beliefs which cause lack of determination, courage, or self-esteem. My inspiration is to see the potential within people, and I help my clients to remove those barriers with Erickson Coaching Techniques and create strategies to reach their desires.
I am an engineer with MBA degree. I see coaching as a human engineering. When we change the inner brain system, the outer actions give you the desirable results.
