About Me
I am a lifelong learner and advocate for personal growth. I firmly believe that life is a journey filled with countless opportunities for exploration and experience.
In 2022, I took a leap and established my own coaching business. My philosophy revolves around the interconnectedness of us all, acknowledging our uniqueness and embracing the diverse paths we seek. There are moments in life when a shift in focus becomes important to achieve our goals and lead the life we truly desire.
My personal journey has been transformative and instrumental in shaping me into a Life Coach. In 2014 I relocated to a new city for university, finding myself in unfamiliar territory with no connections. This transition led me into a phase of depression, where life seemed devoid of motivation. It was only after months of struggle that I sought professional help to navigate through the challenges. During my recovery, a profound realization dawned upon me – I had neglected the crucial relationship with myself. The absence of this connection had been a blind spot in my life, one I hadn’t recognized until then. Since that turning point, I’ve consciously invested effort into building a connection with myself. This journey has taught me the art of self-care, the essence of forming meaningful relationships, and discovering my authentic voice in the realm of my chosen profession.
