About Me

Hello, I'm Irina Mui, a certified coach and consultant with a background in Psychology.

Previously, I worked as a lawyer, legal recruiter, and internationally trained paralegal.

I have completed the National Committee on Accreditation (NCA) process and the Law Society of Ontario Lawyer Licensing Process.

Throughout my 10-year journey in the legal industry, I witnessed lawyers facing burnout and dissatisfaction in their careers.
This made me wonder:

While lawyers are dedicated to fight for their clients’ rights, who advocates for the rights and well-being of legal professionals?

As a result, I became a legal recruiter, gaining a broad understanding of the legal profession by working with numerous legal professionals and law firms. I received inquiries about job opportunities, licensing in Canada, career transitioning, bar exam strategies, and more. Yet, time constraints limited my ability to provide extensive assistance.

This motivated me to establish my own coaching and consulting services, where I could provide more comprehensive and personalized support to legal professionals.
