About Me
My name is Isabel and I'm a certified Life Coach (ICF member) who loves to combine life coaching, NLP, positive psychology together with the principles of spirituality.
Do you want more meaning in your life or career but you don't know where to start? Or are you in the middle of a change or life transition where you know the move you need to make, but you struggle to take consistent steps or have clarity on the path?
As a Life & Career Coach I believe that in order to move forward in life we need to spend time looking inside ourselves, gaining awareness of who we truly are, checking what's not working in our present and get a very clear vision for what we want in the future.
As your partner and coach, we will begin by taking an overview of your life and identifying areas that need action and/or attention. I will guide you to connect to your authentic self and establish clear, concrete, actionable goals.
I bring in thirteen years of working experience working in multicultural corporate environments, where I have gained rich business expertise including managing projects and leading teams. My background is in Finance & Risk Management having worked for leading international consultancy and insurance companies such as PwC, Allianz and NN Group across Uruguay, Ireland and the Netherlands.
In addition to my international perspective and business expertise, I also bring in my own spiritual journey, having dived in personal development, meditation, breathwork and yoga, being also trained and certified as a Yoga & Meditation teacher.
After using these techniques and tools my clients achieve great awareness of their beliefs/behaviors and start taking inspired action to a more fulfilling life, finding success on their own terms.
