I have many tools at my disposal to help such as defining your "Mission Statement" or "Ikigai", looking at the whole person starting with the "Wheel of Life", assessing and finding out what are your values, passions, and motivations, and dealing with work and life's problems as they arise. We will work together so that you can reach a better version of yourself. I prescribe to the hope theory of coaching. We will definitely focus and leverage your strengths.
