About Me
Hello,
I am here to support and empower you. All too often, individuals experience a sense of disconnection, depletion and a general sense of dis-ease. I can assist you in reclaiming your sense of energy, vitality and engagement with life!
Cultivating a lifestyle that is in accordance with your core values and which promotes a greater sense of comfort and flow adds zest to each day and years to a lifetime. My unique skillset as a metaphysical healer enables me to deeply promote integration of aspects of self, an accepting and even friendly attitude toward the body, and re-attunement to individuals' Internal Guidance System, or voice of Intuition.
My approach to therapy is intuitively guided, individualized and highly prescriptive. My patients often report a greater sense of clarity and openness, or space--I define my work as helping individuals to enact subtle yet potent shifts in their lives, moving them from spaces and feeling states of constriction to spaces and feeling states of expansion. I work by infusing various elements of different modalities, depending on individual condition, constitution, needs and preferences.
Modalities employed during in-person sessions include Craniosacral Touch, Tsubo, Therapeutic Sound, Yoga Therapy, Embodied Movement, Crystal Healing, Integrated Energy Therapy (IET), Reiki, Metatronia Therapy, Lemurian Light Ray Therapy and Light Language.
I work as a metaphysical healer; I am adept at facilitating trauma resolution through an integrative therapy approach incorporating somatic release and integration work. I specialize in amelioration of difficulties in Nourishing the Self (eating disorder concerns) and am passionate about assisting others in going inward, identifying and embracing their own Divine Gifts and tapping into their Internal Guidance System to enact potent shifts.
I am adept at assisting highly sensitive and empathic individuals in unlocking their psychic gifts and rising to meet their full potential.

Jen has been extremely helpful guiding me through processing childhood traumas and reframing my outlook on experiences that caused CPTSD. I would highly recommend her to anyone, but specifically to those who have tried therapy before and are looking for a more mindful approach with an empathetic ear.
