About Me

As a mom, I put everyone else first in my life. When my kids left home, I couldn't even answer the question "What do I want to do now?" I felt empty and I had no sense of purpose. Until...I became a certified coach to help women through this same transition.

I know what you're feeling. I've been there. While everyone else is celebrating, you're carrying an overwhelming sense of grief and loss. You don't even know what interests you anymore because you haven't had time for yourself in decades. You know you have more to give in this life, but you don't know how to get started.

I can walk with you on that journey. In six weeks, we can work together to help you identify what's next. This doesn't have to be a life-long process - you just need a jump start to get out of this rut.

With my degree in Psychology and my coach certification, I will be a non-judgmental companion for your journey. I will listen, ask insightful questions, encourage, and cheer you on as you start reacquaint yourself with your ideas and dreams.

Too often, friends and family mean well, but they like to advise us. They have hidden agendas. Because I am not attached to any particular outcome, I can be completely neutral as we discuss your path.

The good news is that we will conduct our sessions over the phone, so location is not a barrier to this process. You can even be in your pajamas in the comfort of your own home.
