About Me

Hi! I started coaching children 7 years ago and began working more closely with adults over 2 years ago with an organization called Synergy Education. There, I got connected to distinctions about my own life that have transformed the way I interact with people around me and the results that I get to create every single day. Through my personal growth inside of coaching, I've started multiple companies that transform lives through water safety curriculums, corporate customer experience training courses and coaching classrooms/experiences. Having created the life I've dreamed about allows me to work from home in my pajama's (probably sipping wine and looking at cat videos) and connect with people all over the country to help them build their lives up and generate what they've dreamed about too!

My coaching philosophy stems from context, or the lens in which each person sees the world with. Through contextual coaching, I dive into how people have their lives wired, where they live inside of should's, should not's and have to's and shine a light on the ineffective behaviors stemming from those places. My commitment inside coaching is for each client to leave their call having a clear game plan on how to create the result they're after.
