About Me

I bring a unique combination of psychology, coaching, education, leadership, and real-world experience to helping people make meaningful changes in their lives. As a therapeutic coach, I have used motivational interviewing and a person-centered approach to help clients identify their goals, build practical life skills, overcome barriers, and take achievable steps forward. My experience also includes developing life-skills programming for Special Olympians and supporting individuals with a wide range of abilities and challenges. I have also worked as an educator and professional facilitator, which taught me how to take complicated problems, break them into manageable pieces, and adapt strategies to the individual rather than expecting one approach to work for everyone.
