About Me

I first started co-facilitating a Freedom Group at Heart to Heart Counseling Center back in 2019. And I am still leading/facilitating Groups to this day. In addition to my own 12-step journey, walking along side men on their own journey has helped prepare me for my current chapter as a Recovery Coach.

Officially certified as a Recovery Coach in 2023, I have also completed training for: Sex Addiction Recovery Coach, Partners Recovery Coach, and Intimacy Anorexia Coach.

While these are all things that "certify" me to walk along this journey with you; my heart to help you and other men, along with my relationship with Jesus Christ & the Holy Spirit are what equip me to be a successful guide and partner in your journey of recovery and sobriety.
I truly believe in the parallel journey of sobriety and recovery - “but the truth remains, that we will only progress forward inasmuch as we progress individually in both our recovery and sobriety”. I am excited to connect with the men in your life who may struggle in the areas of addiction, denial, self-esteem, feelings disconnect, or immaturity. I offer in person sessions here in Colorado Springs, but can also meet online when you’re traveling for work, etc.

Using the guiding principles of The 12-Steps and AASAT,
we will traverse the recovery journey together, step by step, Day by Day.
