About Me
For over 15 years, I have worked closely with business owners and entrepreneurs in Miami, helping them grow their businesses. Along the way, I realized that many of their most important challenges went far beyond marketing strategies and business advice. They involved leadership, difficult decisions, personal growth, and navigating change.
This realization led me to professional coaching. I completed my coaching certification at the University of Miami and continued my education with an MBA in Coaching, Mentoring, and Leadership from York St John University in the UK. I subsequently earned the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential.
Today, I combine my business experience, professional coaching training, and multicultural perspective to help executives, leaders, and entrepreneurs navigate challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
My Five Core Beliefs:
There is always a better way.
There is good in almost everyone, even when their actions suggest otherwise.
Planning without action is a waste; action without planning is an unnecessary risk.
Most challenges contain an opportunity. Sometimes, we just need to create it.
Starting with what you have is better than getting stuck in “paralysis by analysis.”
Why Clients Seek Me Out:
Navigating career and leadership transitions
Starting or growing a business
Managing difficult relationships and conflicts
Making complex decisions under pressure
Stepping into executive or leadership roles
Thriving in multicultural environments
“You probably already have more answers than you realize. My role is to help you find clarity, challenge your assumptions, and turn those answers into meaningful, strategic action.”

VerifiedI appreciate having opportunity to contact Jorge Benito. Unfortunately I could not really get to connect with him in the timeframe of his schedule and the time constraints I have to work with. I really wish my work schedule was flexible. Personally I think he would make great coach for me as well and is probably more pressured with tasks than me. I think if I had more control over my work hours and conditions I would be able to fit in his schedule very easy. I do hope I can get another potential one of a kind coach like him but one that is willing to work weekends. Based on my work schedule most of the coaching sessions will have to be on weekends. There is also the matter of the budget I have to work with. I value what he is offering too much to request him to lower his fee. Even though it would make things easier for me.
