About Me

I began coaching, and later became licensed in both hypnosis and RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), after navigating my child's serious illness and the PTSD that followed. It was through my journey that I let go of internal blame, befriended myself, and began manifesting my dream life. Since then, I've been on a professional path acquiring the skills to successfully guide others to do the same.

In my work, I use mindset coaching, coupled with meditations, visualizations and hypnosis (think of hypnosis as relaxed meditation with suggestion) to address the beliefs and subconscious wiring leading to anxiety. Through this process, my clients develop and nurture a new relationship with themselves built on understanding and respect. After this new relationship becomes established, the creative fun begins as they are ready to tap into their potential, manifesting more abundance and freedom.
