About Me

I’m here to help. The fact that you’ve landed on this page tells me one of three things. 1) You feel stuck in a situation and aren’t sure how to proceed; all you know is that something needs to change. 2) You want a greater sense of freedom or aliveness and you’re tired of waiting for a miracle that deep down you know will never come. 3) All of the above!

If I’m right, allow me to go a step further and say that I deeply understand what it’s like to feel stuck, to be saddled with indecision, or feel the crushing weight of not having the relationship, job, or financial situation you want. I know this because I’ve mismanaged my money, stayed in relationships too long or not long enough, and I’ve been fired from what I considered to be a prestigious job. The thing to know about what you’re experiencing is that you’re not alone, there is a way out, and you can evolve and grow from hard things.

When I was younger I sought out high risk, high stress jobs like working in Antarctica, rappelling from helicopters, and starting businesses. At the same time I was also a voracious consumer of personal development training programs, books, podcasts, and seminars. I wanted to know why people/I did what they did and what kept us from doing the things we were afraid of but knew we needed! In 2014 I became a Certified Professional Coach from an ICF accredited organization (IPEC) and in the years since I have facilitated mastermind programs, led group coaching platforms, and worked one on one with high achieving men like you to create more purpose, depth, direction, and connection.
