About Me
Hello there! I'm Kalyani Kulkarni, a trained and certified executive coach. I specialize in helping people overcome their work/career challenges and improve their business & leadership skills. Here's a little bit about me:
Corporate Experience: I've spent over 10 years, working directly with the leadership & business teams in one of the large MNCs, supporting their business development and risk assessments, to facilitate smart investment decisions. I was the India legal director in this MNC, and the Asia-Pacific legal advisor, and I have experience working with global business teams. I can confidently say that I know my way around the business world.
Professionally Trained & Certified Coach: I figured I was not all about the suits and ties. So, I've put in the hours to become a trained/certified coach. I've trained for over 100 hours from global coach-training programs like the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching (MGSCC), I am happy to say that I've coached many clients just like you, for over 200 hours, helping them make big & effective changes in their leadership skills, career and personal lives too!

First of all I would like to thank Kalyani Kulkarni immensely. I was completely new to this concept of coaching for overall personality as well as performance overview. Kalyani took very diligent efforts to valuate the"why"of things and prepare me a direction in which myself improvement journey can continue. I would highly recommend her in case you are looking for growth of organisation or self improvement.

I was going through a difficult phase at work with multiple thoughts going through my mind. There were a few other issues on the personal front as well that made me overthink a lot of things and left me with a lot of thoughts and questions. I had met Kalyani earlier and had had a few general conversations. So when things really got to me I met her again for a proper discussion. I explained everything I was going through. She listened to everything patiently. She has an extremely calm demeanor which put me at ease. I felt really comfortable opening up on things I didn't expect myself to share. She is empathetic, respectful and extremely kind. I really liked her approach towards the discussion. She asked a few questions that made me really think about things, to question myself and answer them as well. Kalyani also gave different perspectives to some of the situations that I mentioned. I always thought I could see from different viewpoints but there was so much more that I hadn't considered. She also gave a few assignments to think and work on over a period of time before meeting her again. The time period as well as the activities allowed me to reflect on a lot of things. She seems to have a lot of experience when it comes to handling such topics and it shows. I've felt a lot lighter emotionally after my conversations with Kalyani; and I've always come back with new insights. Overall the discussions have been really helpful for me to get more clarity on the things I want. I have a few more exercises to work on and answer some questions posed by her. Im looking forward to the next discussions once Im done answering the questions.
