About Me

Through my journey with anxiety and depression I began learning, teaching and integrating the principles of Nonviolent Communication in 2008 and Interpersonal Neurobiology in 2012. My personal struggles brought me towards healing by working with myself and teaching and supporting others.
I offer trauma informed depth empathy rooted in Nonviolent Communication and resonant language. I mix compassion and authentic care with healing practices from NVC, neuroscience and family constellations.
I genuinely care about helping people work through things and/or heal.
