About Me

I believe lasting change happens when clarity meets action. My coaching blends heart and science, drawing on my background in business leadership, psychology, and systems coaching to help clients find their focus, lead with confidence, and create sustainable results.

Before becoming a coach, I spent over 25 years in banking, including more than a decade as a branch manager and several years as an internal leadership coach for a North American contact center. I have led teams, navigated complex change, and built systems that work in the real world.

In our work together, you can expect thoughtful questions, practical strategies, and a space where challenges are met with curiosity, not judgment. My process is collaborative. We define your goals, uncover what is getting in the way, and create simple, actionable steps to move you forward.
