I work with ambitious women - from leaders and entrepreneurs to those navigating transitions or burnout - who are tired of overthinking, over-giving, and questioning themselves. Whether you're at a crossroads or simply want to feel more grounded and intentional, I offer a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what you really want.

As a certified Integral Coach, I use a structured and holistic methodology that supports real, lasting change. I integrate mindset coaching, body awareness, and guided practices to help you develop clarity, self-trust, and new ways of bein, not just in theory, but in your daily life.

My approach is both grounded and intuitive. You won’t get a formula. Instead, you’ll get a tailored process that meets you where you are and supports you in growing in a way that feels authentic, sustainable, and fully your own.

What a session with me looks like:
Each session is a blend of conversation, inward reflection, and gentle guidance. We start with a short check-in or grounding practice. From there, I may guide you through a visualization or embodied exercise to help you tune into what’s beneath the surface, especially helpful if you’re feeling stuck or disconnected.

We then explore what came up through coaching that brings insight, clarity, and next steps. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of what’s blocking you, what’s ready to shift, and one or two things you can begin to do differently. This isn’t about fixing or forcing. It’s about reconnecting with your own clarity and inner leadership so you can move forward with more ease, presence, and self-trust.
