Tired of watching colleagues, friends and family move toward their goals with joy and confidence while you feel stuck in place?
Maybe you’re in a new leadership role that lacks definition and you’re finding it impossible to accomplish anything with so many competing priorities.
Or you find yourself at a turning point. Should you transition to a new opportunity when it means leaving something else behind?
I work with individuals who are looking to leverage their unique abilities and maximize their impact within an organization.
I infuse my coaching with tools and insights from my experiences in education and in operations process improvement. (Imagine - Accomplishing big things and having an extraordinary impact. As efficiently as possible.)
My coaching approach allows me to work with you to clearly define your future goals, vision and purpose. I will also work with you to move toward your goals and vision in a way that results in the positive recognition and personal sense of fulfillment you deserve.
I’ve provided leadership to entry level employees looking to grow their careers, and to C-Level leaders looking to maximize their personal and organizational performance.
My passion is helping people to maximize their abilities and achieve peak performance and job satisfaction. I’ve followed this passion as I’ve led projects with financial benefits worth hundreds of thousands of dollars. What excited me most were the additional benefits of empowerment, time savings and peace of mind for the people involved.
In addition to degrees in engineering and education, my coach-specific training includes completion of the Self Actualized Executive Coaching Leadership Program, at the PCC level, through the Rayner Institute.
Meaningful, transformative change is rarely achieved without teamwork, planning and persistence. Let’s work together. You’re worth it!
After trying unsuccessfully to work through various issues on my own, I decided to try working with a coach after hearing good things. I found Kathryn and couldnt have been happier. She is super friendly and easy to talk to. From the beginning, her only objective was to get me on the path I was comfortable with, and its worked! Sometimes you just need a little extra push or a different perspective on something and using a coach was a new avenue. Kathryn has been a great fit.Joe R.
