About Me

I help professionals reconnect with their purpose, renew their mindset, and create more fulfillment in their lives. With a PhD in Health Science, I have experience in academia, and years of leadership in the pharmaceutical industry. I understand both the process of behavior change and the real-world pressure professionals face in their careers, relationships, and personal lives.

My coaching combines evidence-based insight, thoughtful strategy, spiritual depth, and compassionate guidance to help clients create transformation from the inside out.

What sets my coaching apart is the ability to bridge science and soul. I help clients navigate change with clarity, confidence, and a stronger connection to who they are, what they value, and what they want most in life. This work is about helping you reconnect with yourself and create a life that feels more purposeful, expansive, and true.
