About Me

I am Keith Jones, the founder of Elevated Perspective Life Coaching. I'm a Certified Holistic Life Coach who understands how the many different aspects of our lives impact the whole person. Feeling fully broken, I started to look inside myself to find what parts of me needed attention. Breaking parts of myself down into wellness categories such as physical, emotional, spiritual, interpersonal/social wellness and understanding what each of them meant to me, I was able to give space to each. This allowed for a deeper connection to myself and my true identity.
I started to own my natural ability to help others understand themselves and where they might (unintentionally) be getting in their own way. My empathic attentiveness, non-judgmental outlook, and acute active listening skills enable me to empower you to become the version of yourself you want to be. Guidance, compassionate support and nurturing accountability is something everyone human deserves and it is my purpose to provide that to anyone looking to improve their lives and become content with themselves.
