Hey there! I’m Dr. Kiki Ramsey, a Career Coach and Positive Psychologist passionate about helping professional women discover their purpose, transition into their dream careers, and find genuine happiness at work and at home.
As a busy professional woman myself, I know what it’s like to juggle a successful career, family, and the constant pressure to “have it all together,” all while feeling unfulfilled or unsure of your true purpose. I’m a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and author of Get Courageous Now: A Woman’s Guide To Finding Her Passions and Purpose In Life. I hold a Master’s in Social Work and Positive Psychology Coaching, and a PhD in Business Psychology. For over 15 years, I’ve coached and taught hundreds of women to thrive using proven tools in mindset, motivation, and success psychology.

In addition, I took her highly interactive workshop and found her to be a charismatic and dynamic presenter with a riveting personal story.
