About Me
I’m a Transformational Life Coach specializing in personal reinvention by blending neuroscience with spiritual insight. For more than a decade, I’ve studied the science of motivation and behavior change, discovering how neuroplasticity and spirituality together create a powerful, practical roadmap for lasting transformation.
Many of my clients come to me with big dreams and a deep sense they’re meant for more—but struggle to take consistent, meaningful action. My experience with Kindyl was a very happy one that was also deeply meaningful. During our initial interview it was obvious to me that she approaches conversations and new ideas in a thoughtful way - which is why I choose Kindyl as my Coach. She is not that same-old same-oldIve tried a few! She was very professional yet personable and patient- Her persistent reassurance was much needed during a challenging time for me. I would highly recommend her, especially if you are looking to grow through a hard time, and ready to make a big change in how you think! I like that we were able to talk about some spiritual principles too. Kindyl challenged me when I needed it and was truthful in the best way. I left sessions feeling energized and reminded that growing is fun and change is real and possible. Kindyl is also a life-long learner, so it was inspiring to grow with her. I spent the majority of days and nights feeling sad and lonely and depressed. I really didnt think there was any helping me but I knew something had to change and I knew I couldnt do it alone and I knew therapy and medication wasnt helping. Im not sure where Id be right now if I hadnt decided to get help, and If Kindyl hadnt been there to help me. I am mindblown by how simple the steps were to really bring me out of that place of sadness and anger. It was work I had to daily, but she kept me accountable and she kept me motivated.
