I am an empowerment coach, podcast host, writer, a spiritual seeker, and superhero nerd on a quest to show the world what true determination and self-belief can achieve. I know what it takes to create a life out of chaos and, through sheer force, stand it on the foundation of your truth, your most sacred dreams, and a fledgling self-confidence. Armed with a background in Psychology and the experience of working with people from underserved communities, young adults with mental health issues, & entrepreneurs looking for clarity and confidence, I work primarily with budding entrepreneurs, self-starters, and founders. Through customised experiences and programs, I help my clients create a powerful personal identity, show up confidently, and develop a resilient character supporting continuous growth and progress. I also help those seeking emotional strength and courage through methods relating to the spirit and mind.
