As a coach, I focus heavily on helping my clients notice the importance of small shifts in their speech & behavior, using visualizing & metaphors to creatively process things, and implementing journaling to measure progress & record experiences. I believe in working towards agendas with focus & curiosity.
I welcome spiritual, psychological, healthful, religious, and/or pseudoscientific topics as I have done years of introspection and study of my own.
I also partner with other coaches and associations focused on helping people across the world so I can network with the people I meet and connect my clients to sources that can help with matters outside of my expertise.
