About Me

I was once where you are — knowing I wanted more from life but feeling like I was spinning my wheels. I tried books, courses, and advice, but nothing stuck. Instead, it left me with even more noise and confusion.

Then I discovered coaching — the only approach that truly centred on my desires, values, and needs. It was such a transformative experience that I wanted to help others feel the same, so I trained with Erickson International and after getting certified, I began coaching others.

Now, I work with people who feel ready for change but don’t know where to start — whether that’s in their career, personal life, or a project they’ve been putting off. My approach is solution-focused, meaning we work together to uncover what truly matters to you, cut through the overwhelm, and create a clear, step-by-step plan you can actually follow.

Since starting this beautiful journey, I’ve seen clients go from stuck and uncertain to confident, focused, and taking action on the changes that have lead them towards a life they’re excited to wake up to.
