Hi, I can help
As an entrepreneur, an experienced leader, an operations executive, a mentor and a coach, I have learned to enjoy every part of the journey to self discovery and accomplishment.

I became a leader when I was 19. By 21 I have led a team of 50 including managers that were twice my age. I have learned how to gain trust, listen and develop others.
I am a mom to two amazing human beings who are teaching me every day about the importance of love, patience and curiosity.

After over 15 years in leadership roles in many different industries and sizes of companies (from Amazon to fast-growing startups), I am passionate about helping others discover their strengths to find the best version of themselves and create the futures they are dream of.
