About Me

For past 4 years I have been working as an External Coach to individuals & corporates. Prior to coaching for over two decades I spent in the talent acquisition and personality assessment space. I specifically enjoy working with Leaders in achieving their desired achievable and measurable goals. With the help of psychometric diagnostics and Coaching process I work closely on building necessary behaviour patterns that contributes for their growth in leadership development, career transition & living a purposeful life.

Some of my success stories led my clients to gain more confidence and overcoming their self-doubt. It also helped them in communicating well with their supervisors/managers and with their peers and subordinates more effectively & building long lasting, strong relationships. In a span of 3 months some of the leaders showed improvement in delegation without micromanaging too much and resulting in empowering their subordinates in work achievements.

In most cases I have had experiences of aligning my client's development areas with that of their organisational & personal goals. Creating awareness of their shadows & derailers which helped them take informed actions & decisions in their work environments.

My style of coaching is based upon building relationships by creating a safe psychological space for my coachees to be able to speak from their heart. In my coaching, I use powerful appreciative discovery dialogues enabling my client to know their boundaries and how much can they stretch to gain optimum potential. Partner with my coachees to develop SMART goals so as to witness & experience achievable and measurable results.
