About Me

Peace, I’m Lina. I’m a certified life coach, supporting clients who are ready and wanting to create positive change in their lives in order to find their peace of happiness. I’m here to help you stop feeling stuck and overwhelmed so that you can bring more joy, balance and freedom into your life. At the heart of this work is raising awareness to beliefs, thoughts and habits that aren’t serving us and creating new ways of thinking and doing that move us toward what it is we want and how we want to feel. I primarily work with clients between the ages of 30-45 and am inclusive of background, identity, sexual orientation and gender.
