About Me

Hi, my name is Lisa. I am a coach who will not only show you compassion but will help you show compassion to yourself. I will help you dig deep to let go of patterns that are getting in the way of self-confidence.

I have completed a Bachelor's in Psychology and am ready to begin my Masters training next year. Going back to school is something I always wanted to do and I finally got the courage to leave my corporate job to do it. I spent some time in between getting my coaching certification and studying varying human behaviour theories. Before I set out on this new path, I spent 15 years in corporate sales and communications. Even though I loved my career, I always wanted to be of service to people who had faced similar struggles that I did along my journey.

I have been working with people and in personal development for my entire life, sometimes intentionally, but mostly because unforeseen circumstances forced me to stand up, brush myself off, and keep moving forward. Each time I have had to be strong, I have questioned my ability to do so, I have doubted myself, and faced times where I honestly believed I was not fit for this earth. I finally learned what it is like to live with a sense of ease and freedom. I learned that happiness lies on the other side of the lies that we tell ourselves. I learned to let go of the hurt, bet on myself, and live a life that no longer feels fake and forced. I am excited to see my clients smile when they see what is possible for them too.
