You may feel you have hit rock bottom, but in reality, you are standing on a trap door that leads to a bright new world of spiritual truth. My life's lessons were hard. What I figured out was that everything must constantly be destroyed in order to be reborn. We must constantly let go of everything we hold on to in order to flow with the motion of life. So that is what I did. I had to start over. I had to go back to kindergarten of life's learning and start again. I had to learn a new way of life. I learned that I had to approach life in a different way. It took courage and commitment. I did it alone, but you have me. I can provide gentle guidance. If you feel life is out of control, it isn't. You have given control to others. If you feel life is out of control, it is time to take back the control.
